What is Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)?

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are a form of energy meridian therapies.

Thought Field Therapy, discovered and developed by Dr. Roger Callahan PhD, a Californian clinical psychologist, is a unique form of therapy used to help deal with negative emotions. EFT is one of was developed by Gary Craig, similar and is similar in it’s application to TFT.

By tapping lightly on specific upper body energy meridian points, in a precise sequence, most individuals experience (usually within a few minutes) significant and usually complete relief from many un-resourceful emotions such as:
