What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an altered state of mind. The state of hypnosis, also known as trance and feels like being in a deep state of relaxation yet still having awareness of what's going on around you and
you remain in control. I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to!

In this altered state of mind of deep relaxation, we can communicate more effectively with our unconscious minds. I can communicate with your unconscious mind when you are in this state of deep relaxation to help you change unwanted behaviors or achieve desired outcomes in your life.

With my client's permission, I occasionally use hypnosis to complement the work done in a session or at the end to help incorporate all the positive changes achieved.

I personally use hypnosis on myself regularly and find it both relaxing and a powerful tool to help me achieve my goals or greater clarity of a particular situation.
