Health Coaching uses the same methods as Life Coaching but applies them specifically to all aspects health and wellbeing. Whether it be addictions, weight issues, fitness or stress management, Health Coaching can help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) 60% of deaths world-wide could be prevented by lifestyle changes. Recently, the Department of Health conducted a study in which it concluded that In the UK, binge drinking and obesity are causing a rise in lifestyle illnesses such as liver disease and diabetes. Several other studies have pinpointed how up to 70% of degenerative diseases (such as heart attacks, high blood pressure, liver disease, diabetes) can be prevented through positive lifestyle changes.

This is why I believe it is so important to prevent these lifestyle illnesses from taking hold in the first place.

Health Coaching can be an empowering tool, enabling us to become better informed and to take control of our own health.

Health Coaching is a subject I am personally very passionate about! I have trained with Dr Roger Callahan and Joanne Callahan in Optimal Health, one of the highest levels of training in TFT as well as studied Optimal Nutrition. More importantly, I hold myself as an example. I naturally eliminated my severe hypertension (high blood pressure) and went from being obese to my current healthy weight, having lost over 70 lb. I have no doubt that the lifestyle changes I have implemented for myself have prevented further degenerative diseases.
